Does freezing worm medicine ruin it?

I bought a year's supply of rotational worm meds for my horses and like an idiot and let them freeze, unfreeze, freeze. Ivermectin, pyrantel pamoate, prasiquantel. Are they now ineffective? I've heard different answers. Any help would be appreciated. I sure as heck hate to throw away $250 but if they're no good, I'll have to.
Thanks.

Yes, dewormers need to be stored at room temperature (around 75 degrees F) extended time at temps below 60 degrees and above 85 degrees will ruin the products.

Thanks for your quick and definitive response--it's exactly what I needed. I've learned my lesson! (As with so many things about horses, I learned it the hard way.)
