The Isanti horse was negative for EHV but they are still monitoring the barn closely as it is possible that the horse was not shedding when tests were taken.

3 new cases in North Dakota and 1 in Virginia. What is going on here this year!

:( Its in northern VA where I am. This scares the crap out of me! BO's daughter shows a LOT and does lessons off property! Hope she takes it seriously

This may be a strange question but does it spread to any other livestock (donkeys, llamas, birds)?

Donkeys and llamas can get this I believe. As can mules and alpacas.
