Equine Vet Review(s) or Experience: Fair Hill Equine, Elkton, MD

I have another excellent prospect on the radar, however, I have hit a minor snag. The vet recommended to do the PPE by my regular vet is also the horse's current attending vet.

Does anyone have any experience with the Fair Hill Equine clinic (as a part of the Fairhill Training Center) in Elkton, MD? My vet doesn't have any knowledge of negative issues/practices but the clinic is essentially an otherwise "unknown" to them.
