Really? You know this how? Do all founders abcess? Do you know why on those that do? You have worked on how many so as to determine mediocre?
Looks to me as though the dorsal wall was unloaded/floated. Sometimes it is best to adress the most imediate problem first. Sometimes they don't respond to anything we(farriers/trimmers) do.
