Flax - to grind or not to grind
So I have heard all the good things about feeding flaxseed, so I picked some up from my feed store. But I have heard all kinds of different opinions about grinding it, boiling it, soaking it, or just feeding it straight and plain. Any opinions?
Also, on a slightly related note, does anyone have any tricks for making supplements more palatable for a picky eater to eat it(without adding large amounts of grain or calories)?
