Can I use a steel branding iron to freeze brand with?

I doubt you could get it cold enough.

Besides, if you want to freeze brand it's best to leave it to the experts, not try some potentially damaging (to the horse) redneck branding with the wrong tool.

Speed won't tone it down cause you want her to. That was her way of saying it's wise not to freeze brand the horse with an iron and let an experienced person do it. You got your answer whether you liked how it came out or not.

I did not ask anyone to tone down, I just asked for an answer and not any sarcasm. If people can not do that then don`t answer. End of story.
