Gourmet Bran Mash

So Vega's birthday is coming up. It's the 13th, not the 18th like i've been thinking all along And I came across a gourmet bran mash while looking at the Smart Pak website. I called them and asked about the Apple Raisin kind, but haven't heard anything back. The ingredients are bran, brown sugar, oats, apples, and raisins. Are they safe for a hypp positive horse?
