Green Snotty Nose

*DISCLAIMER* I already have a call in to a few vets, waiting for a call back!

So my 18 month old Belgian gelding has had a green snotty nose for a few days. There is no cough, no fever, no lumps on the throat/jawline, he's still eating, pooping and acting normal. Just has a green snotty nose... Not sure what to think? My other gelding is fine, no runny nose or anything.

I've had a few theories on what it could be...
1. He got wet, although he has a run-in, he stood out in the rain... He's a new horse (I've only had him a month) and was pretty malnurished when I got him, maybe his immune system was low?
2. Temperature change, it went from nearly 100* out to 70* out the last few days, getting down in the 50's at night... Again, along the lines of low immune system...
3. Maybe strangles, though his only symptom is a snotty nose...
4. Just a cold, and he'll get over it...

Again, I've already called the vet, a few actually, just waiting for call backs.
