Grrrr....a cut leg

Seems someone forgot to shut the gate today (darling hubby) and Flicka got out and took herself a walkabout. She cut her back pastern fairly good, but a clean cut. So....I drove up on it too late for stitching, praise God for vet techIng for 10 years.
Irks me, she's got a show in two weeks, may be a scratch now. Praying she heals well. It's well treated and hubby is looking for manuka honey for me.
Just a random rant!!!

No limp, no swelling. I didn't take a pic tonight, didn't have time. I'll take one tomorrow when I change the bandage.

Poor FlickaFoo. Hope tomorrow it is healing...no swelling, no heat.

Biscuit cut his nose a few weeks ago. Actually he kinda punctured it. It is healed up but gaaa...that was not pretty!

Yes I do, she can injure herself on a fly strip.
Poor Red was having a fit, because he can't duck the Hotwire like Flicka and was stuck in the fence pacing.
No honey found, going to the health food tomorrow.
