Default health benifits of coconut oil.

i heard that their are benifits of coconut oil,what are they?i have a tub of it at my house and im trying to find stuff to do with it,i tasted it because it was supposed to be good for me but it tasted awful!so anyways if you know of anyways to use it please tell me!

I LOVE CO :) you can use it for mulitple things! I use it on my horses mane/tail and you can use it on their coat as well, hooves etc. I also use it on my own hair and skin :) and boy what a difference it has made with me and my horse! just make sure it is pure CO

my coconut oil is extra virgin,does that make a diffrence?it was bought at a health store.

Nope that is what mine is to..i was just talking about some of the stuff you find at stores like Walmart its not pure it has other things mixed in it! what I do is just put it out in the sun for about a half hr for it to melt then put it in a spray bottle and use it that way. If it gets hard then just use your hands to warm it up and liquify it again.
