    healthy or normal??

    Ok well I was on another horse site & I found this picture on it.


    Well you see how its black around the eyes & on its muzzle & looks sort of like theirs no hair there? Well is that normal for some horses? Because it looks like the horse is sick or soemthing 2 me lol..

    Arab people use this goop stuff that they rub around the nose and the eyes to have those features "stand out" so to speak. :) So it's not necessarily a loss of hair, just gooped with shiny stuff. An arab showing tradition!

    Wow im horrible with my horse breeds I guess :roll: I thought that was a quarter horse. Haha. Well maybe they shaved the muzzle and the hair above the eyes for showing. The horse looks perfectly healthy to me.

    Koomy56 is right, there's nothing wrong with the picture ;) A cheap way of achieving the same end is to use Vaseline

    Ooooo haha I was kind of thinking like y would a gorgeous horse like that have a face that kind of looks messed up. Ok thanks I was kind of confused lol
