heart murmer?

The vet was out on Wednesday for shots for all the horses, including mine. I also had her investigate a clicking at the canter. I unfortunately couldn't get there before she left(i apparently missed her by only a few minutes). Val gave me the run down when I got there, but today she told me that she had forgotten to tell me that Bella has a heart murmer. She checked it again after she was worked to check the clicking and she said it was no big deal. So I'm guessing its probably only a grade one if she didn't sound worried. But even tho I know low grade murmer's are common, I've never had a horse with one, so I guess I'm just looking for price of mind. I'm going to call the vet on Monday to see for sure what grade it is. So does anyone have a horse with a murmer? Do they have any limitations? I've worked with a few small animal vets in the past, so I know in dogs and cats low grade are not a concern, they don't worry until they are a grade 3 or 4, and that they don't always get worse, and she might have been born with it(although would they race a horse with a murmer?) I don't remember her saying she detected anything last year, but I'm sure they can confirm that in her records when I call. thanks for listening to my worried ramblings lol
