help asap diarrhea went away but came back

One of our horses has diarrhea idk where to begin don't wanna cal a vet for something simple she is still drinking and still looks great .
Kept her in pasture and it helped alot then heat wave came through and she doesnt get out at day time but at night time she does
during the day she is in the round pen in the barn. And will eat some hay
Out of 12 horses she is the only one like this

any help any tips I don't have a problem calling a vet but rather not...

She have shade and access to grass and or hay during the day ? How about salt block ? Why locked in the round pen ?

She is. Almost all white. Will get sunburned. Waiting. On her mask in the mail. There a. Salt block in round pen and. A. Mineral block in field. 150 gallon water tub plus a. Pond. In field. And 100 water tub in round pen

Call the vet. And give her some yogurt, can't hurt might help.

I called the vet he gave me a powder that I give her everyday for 30 days comes in little indv. Packets just pour on food says should help her
