HELP! Cloudy eyes and weight loss D=

I really just noticed the problem in everyone (the animals) today, after taking a closer look at my 3 year old mare. I knew she was skinny, and that alone was bothering me. Thinking that maybe winter had just been hard on her, I doubled her feed and hay the other week, but she is still not gaining weight, and today I noticed that her eyes where looking a little cloudy. It wasn't long after that, I noticed that my cats, and dogs both had milky eyes as well. My neighbors dogs (who come into contact with my group all the time) also seem to be having weight issues. All the animals eat very well, and my horse gets wormed every two weeks, while the dogs and cats twice a year.

What's wrong??

CALL A VET. If all the animals on your property have the same problem it needs to be looked into.

Okay in some light all horses will seem to have a cloudy look in their eyes. Is it possible for you to take some pictures of their eyes.

And another how come you are deworming every 2 weeks? That is alot, I only deworm every 3 months.
