    I had no idea that the guy who was letting me board him at his barn was buying horrible hay. He also had my horse along with 9 others on a 1 acre lot feeding everyone the same.

    Yes! A much better place!! I would have never thought to look at the hay he was buying because he was feeding it to his horses also!! It was so horrible. I felt like an awful equine owner. But yes he is at a much better place now.

    Sounds like ulcers. Talk to the vet about trying him on ranitidine 3x daily.
