Exclamation Help Hank

Just wanted to post this video I found today! It made me sick to see how people could let infection get this bad and go on VACATION!!!! Ugh the nerve of people! Please Watch!

The dog caused him to rip the pole out of th ground...yea I was unsure about the title too! Not sure about it either! But either way this poor horse was left in this condition! :c

the sickest part is...where are his owners? Ok, I'm stupid and I leave my horse tied to a pole and a bad accident happens, stupid but acceptable....but now my horse is horribly injured and useless to me, so I will just give him to a rescue to take on the responsibility and expense of keeping him alive...... SICK !!!!
