Thats great. Abcesses are nasty and can certainly cause them to get very sick. Be sure and keep up on all the antibiotics and finish them, even if he starts to act better.
    a scratch to the kitty

OMG...NO FREAKIN' WAY!! I was going to suggest that it might possibly be an abscess. But I wasn't thinking it would be in his throat, I was thinking it would be in his nose. I'm proud of myself a little haha.

    I'm glad he's ok!!!

I know, I didn't even think of an abscess! I will make sure he stays on the pills as directed and I am still bringing him in Monday for a check up but my mom is an RN and she flushed it and has been after him like crazy and she said she didn't like him!!! HA! Fat chance! It's thanks to her that she found it! I caught her talking to him and petting him too haha He is well on his way to recovery and is coming out of the crate when I open the door and is purring and kneeding on my bed and trying to sleep on it but I can't let him because it's yucky on his throat and don't want it on my blankets.

Thanks guys for caring! Means alot to me and I am sure if Kitty Kitty Meow Meow could talk he would say the same thing! Yes, his name is Kitty Kitty Meow Meow lol I didn't name him but like to call him and sing his name so kept it haha
