Question Help with Skin Issue! Please!

Please help! Is this sunburn? I feel so bad for my girl. I am calling the vet tomorrow and have been treating it with vetericyn and am seeing a slight improvement but am noticing spots on her butt and the base of her tail that are developing the same thing. At first I thought it was only rain rot but after a lot of searching online I am really thinking it is severe sunburn. What do y'all think? Thanks so much!

I'm going to go with sunburn just because it seems to curve around the patches of brown, but I'm intertested as to what others think.

I have never seen a sunburn that looks like that and am not sure if that's what it is. I am glad your vets comeing to check on it. Good luck and I hope its nothing serious.
