    I googled and found very different dosages for Echinacea, but it's hard to overdose, they all agree. It says 5 grams daily as preventative, 10-20grams on another site. It is specifically mentioned to not give it all the time, rather for 3 weeks, then a week off.
    For licorice I found one teaspoon daily
    Marshmallow root 1 tbsp twice daily.

    I wonder if the dosing differs depending how dense they have made the herbs?

    When I give raspberry leaves to Lizzy I'm supposed to go by one scoop that they give you but is it a fluffy scoop or do I pack it in? Lol so I go with fluffy since that gives me more days.
