herbal?

My horse is really hypa! I have a herbal remidies book which has reccomended chamomile to relax her. Would you reccomend this instead of the commercial, 'B-Quiet'?

If its a mare I would recommend mare magic its an herbal, raspberry leaves I think. I used to use it on a mare that had hard painful cycles. It is a calming herb too. Good stuff :)
