Exclamation Horse is acting really weird

My neighbor's horse is acting really weird and I was wondering if anyone could give me some opinions on what is going on.
Her heart beat was 42 and her temp was 100.2 which I think are fine but she is panting and coughing often. Also she is pooping normally but her pee is a little cloudy.

Hope to get some answers soon
    Thanks.

If you and her owner are concerned call a vet out. It is always better to get a vet out just in case as it can save you a lot more then if you try to wait it out and turns into something worse.
Also does the horses owner know?? If not then voice your concern to them whether they do anything is Upto them.

She does know about it and actually she was the one who told me so I checked her temperature and her heart beat. The horse was coughing before but not breathing weird and she called a vet at that time and the vet said her lungs were fine and that it was just because the hay is so dusty so the vet said to spray the hay with some water and she has been doing that for a while and just today she started acting weird. But I was hoping to get someone's opinion on it so I could tell her because she is worried about her. She was going to call a vet too.
