Smile Horse coat bleach marks?

Can fly spray cause bleach marks on the horses coat? My sorrel mare has a few light spots that she didn't have before, and the only thing I've done is wipe fly spray on her. So I'm wondering if that could cause those spots if wiped on a little heavier here and there. They are not birdcatcher spots or anything like that, just bleached out sorrel spots that are on one side of her rear. Thanks!

Sweat will bleach the coat. I typically hose my horse off quick after working if she got sweaty. Helps cool down but also gets that sweat off too. Really hot days I will just go out to hose her off sometimes. I know that's a little more than most people.
