I don't mind the size of the hooves or the pastern angles-- babies grow more foot as they mature and they also go through stages of growth where pastern angles will change. She does look a little bit like she might be starting some epiphysitis in her front pastern joints (the slightly enlarged "hourglass" shaped ankles are a clue) but that is not a problem they are born with, but one that comes from rapid growth and/or rich feed. They can grow out of it completely with proper management, especially at the early stages.

I think she looks slightly bench- kneed (where the cannon bone does not come out of the bottom of the knee directly centered, but slightly to the outside of the joint.) IMO the right front more noticeably.

Forgot to add-- another, probably more "proper" name for "bench-kneed" is "offset cannons".

Foal
She was born bowed out and has small front hooves due to corrective shoeing... She has been vetted as having correct confo and no problems ... the pics are from a month and a half ago as she is almost 5 months now.pics of her face arent up here because I wanted to focus on her confo more then what she looks like... I will put up a full picture soon.

Wow, everyone is pretty brutal.
Its hard to determine any issues with a horse that young, unless they are glaring, they are growing and conformation of a foal maybe totally different then when they grow up. Its looks like she has more toe than heel, but hoof issues are relatively common in babies. She was ALL legs in the first few photos, but she looks like she's growing out/bigger with time. Id love to see some newer photos, maybe on flat ground?

I'm going to take a stab and say that the foal was likely born with horridly windswept legs, or contracted tendons, and grew out of them. Really not all too uncommon, and the foal usually grows out of it.
Anyways, that would be my guess.
Likely the OP doesn't own the horse, and doesn't have the ok from the owner (whether s/he asked or not) and so cut the foal's head out to protect the identity.

Well, when the OP clearly states that she was born with "a problem" and essentially asked people if they could spot it, what do you expect??
