How old is too old?
Ok so this is either opinion or fact. I want to know how old you think a horse has to be when it hits the point of too old to run the barrels. Out of all the scenarios give me an age that is too old to be doing it anymore. Thanks guys. I'll explain myself I promise lol
Scenario#1: The horse has okay joints, not bad, but not great. The horse has drive and is tough (the kind that runs up to their gate when they see the trailer and bites at their halter, the kind that will place, maybe not 1st but will put you in the money.)
Scenario#2: The horse has better joint/bones than most 5 year olds and has all the talent in the world and more drive than you can ever imgaine (the kind that run up to their gate when you back the trailer up to the barn, the kind that don't spin and freak out at the alley way they walk towards it like they are there for business and will blow 'em outta the water)
Scenario#3: bad joints but has more heart and drive than any horse in the world. (will run up to their gate, be horribly mad if you don't take them, will work their ever lovin' heart out for you and put you in the money but be a little gimpy the next day)
