How Soon To Ride Again?

So I lunged Nova today for the first time since the injury, she flowed great and has never been this energetic to be in a trot, I almost had a hard time keeping her in a walk lol. What do you guys think, the injury was more to do with her belly/udder area but she did limp the first few days after it happened probably more because when she walked it stretch the sore spots. I'm thinking tomorrow I'll saddle her up and lung her again to see if having been cinched up hurts at all. She still is a bit swollen right on the scabbed site but no where else. What do you think?

not sure what her injury was, but she does look like she's ouchy. I would say wait on riding, a bit longer. But do keep working her on the ground...lunge and ground driving. Best of luck and hope she fully recovers before too much longer.
