Wow! Sounds terrifying. I've never had to deal with a case of choke. I generally hand feed 1 mouthful at a time when they are scoffing their food. Its frustrating but I baby them a lot lol I can't afford huge vet fees so I err on the side of caution

I wish I could do that Jazzy, even when its one on one time... I normally feed them all at once, and generally have to hover around Honey cos the other two scoff theirs down and come for hers, haha!
And if I were to feed just Bailey handful by handful, she'd probably bite my hand off, she's that much of a pig! She had to fight for her dinner when she was younger, so its best not to get too involved when she's eating. Although I did notice today that she took her time with her very small feed :P
