I made desert for Gidget

I have a horse treat cookbook and I decided to make her "Mom's Apple Spice Muffins"

Its made of

1 cup flour
1 cup wheat germ(didnt have wheat germ so I just added another cup flour)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking soda
1 egg
2/3 milk
1/4 canola oil
1 apple,chopped

Preheat 400 degrees.
Mix ingredients and scoop into muffin tins and bake for 15-25 minutes.Serve cool for horses.Serve em warm to people.

I don't have muffin tins so I am cutting them into slices about the size of a average muffin.

I tasted it and it's really good!
