I need input

Hey horseforum family!
I have been meaning to make an account here for a while now, and i finally was pursuaded to make one so i can hopefully get some input on whats wrong with a horse i am madly in love with. I volunteer at a rescue and we have a pony who is completely blind. Attatched is a high detail picture of one of her eyes my friend took, was hoping for some insight as to what you think it may be and if its permanant.

Sorry but my guess would be cancer but it could be a conjunctivitis.
Either way a vet should look at her.

I would assume there is a vet at the rescue center who could give you more input then people on the internet... It definitely looks painful, poor guy :(

Do you have any minis at the rescue? I would suggest finding one that gets along well with the pony and attaching a bell to the mini. Then the pony will have a seeing eye mini, and a sound to guide him from place to place :)

Get the vet involved. It looks like cancer to me.
