My mare got her wolf tooth pulled without any drugs and she also had the mouth thingy on her...

No, inexperianced people have no business filing on a horses teeth.
They could easily make things a lot worse than they are.

You dont always have to sedate a horse. I worked at a vet clinic and we didnt sedate or give pain meds unlesss we were taking off ALOT. So unless they plan to do alot to the teeth then they probably wouldnt need meds. :)
