Important Question About Deworming: Please Read FULL description

I know about how often to deworm and how to do it, but should I deworm before or after a workout? Before, after, or in-between his meals, etc.?

As far as I was told you should deworm and then not work the horse for the next 24 hours... I do worm my horses just before eating time!
