Kidney Flush

I have a gelding here who feels like he has to pee on every ride. Sometimes he doesn't even make it down the driveway before stopping and taking a stance, sometimes he will pee a few times during the ride. He also acts sore/ticklish when groomed heavily over his lower back and kidney area. I have had a chiropractor look at him, I was intending to try a kidney flush next. Has anyone had any luck using a certain product?

Omega alpha has a great kidney flush, I use it after using bute, or if they are sick. And I recommend it to my clients.
