Leaky eyes !!??

My horse's eyes are leaking clear liquide and im not shure why. There is no redness or swealling so no infection and she has no allergies that I know of. I believe its from the bugs but can that make a horse's eyes leak? Her buddy is in the same field and doesnt have leaky eyes. Plus when her eyes leak the bugs go after her even more! And I can't put a fly mask on her either! :/ Any ideas why her eyes maybe leaking ?

There are so many things that can go wrong with horses eyes- I would have a vet out ASAP because horses can literally go blind overnight. Its not something to mess around with. It can be as simple as an allergy or a full blown attack of uveitis.

It's probably just bugs, or an allergy of some sort. The best thing to do, if it is bugs, is clean them with a damp rag and put some fly repellent around them, like the roll-on kind.
If the discharge is yellow, or especially if it's a creamy yellow, that's when I might call the vet because it may be an infection or something serious.

*edit*
Maybe she just has something in her eyes (like dirt) and this is her body's natural way of trying to get it out.

Please have a vet out. One of my horses has recurrent Uveitis- also known as moonblindness. The first signs are weepy eyes, horse is squinting and has puffy eyes and red blood vessels in the sclera and in the lids. This is really a serious disease. Its not a typical "eye infection" where it has green or yellow pus, it will make the horse blind eventually if it isn't treated. When my horse's eyes flare up, I have to give him atropine drops and he gets steroid shots. He has to wear a fly mask 24/7 because the light hurts his eyes.
