There are so many causes of lameness and they can be extremely hard to diagnose even for experts. The best thing to do immediately is to separate her from the herd and place her in a small paddock to limit her movement. Check for obvious signs of swelling at the joints and cold hose if found. Beyond that you'll have to decide if you should have a farrier or vet examine her or just wait it out. Soft tissue injuries (tendon sprains and muscle pulls) can easily take weeks to months to fully heal.
