Both, I feed most my horses whole oats when I buy a commercial feed I buy Purina like Purina Horse Chow 200 for my 27 year old stallion. I buy Purina min/via, Purina Rabbit food, Purina dog and cat food, I use Purina mineral addiditives to my cattle feed, Purina pig starter for our baby pigs, Purina egg layer for our laying hens.

Another Purina product I've been using more and more the last couple years for the cattle and now my yearling horses this winter is their protein lick tubs have had great results with them.

If you don't like a product for sure you shouldn't use it, I've had nothing but good results with them so see no reason to stop.

use what you like and what you have found works for you ... personally i have had great results with Strategy- my tb looks the best she ever has and im lovin it! :)

I am not argueing I am discussing just because I don't agree does not mean I am arguing... hmm MY thread .. you come in it and post and think I shoudl keep my opinion to myself ...

what is wrong with that picture?? do some research for yourself on sugars,starches adn equine feeds. heck go mosey around other forums and look for Purian opinions :)

i do research, i think that everyone on here that has an opinion does ... just b/c we don't agree with you doesn't mean we don't know what we are talking about or or are wrong ... just my 2 cents :)

Its " your " thread? Actually its a public forum no one owns a thread. I have seen lots of opinions on Purina feeds. Some like them some don't which is very normal you'll find that with most things in life.

no I just think it is funny that you com ein a thread I started trying to say I am argueing when I am posting links to back everything I say ... you just state your opinion..

But then again with County I am use to it .. we agree some we disagree some LOL

find me ONE research article NOT by a feed company that promotes feeding high grain diets to the AVERAGE horse :)
