Question Mare acting like she's in foal!?

So, today I went out to go see my mare and she kept turning her rear end to me. I finally got the halter on and took her to the arena, there I noticed the muscles around her tailhead were getting very flappy. I ignored this and did her daily lounge. I tied her and went to go get a saddle to ride. Before I left she started pacing and pulling and urinating quite a bit. I came back and she was squatting but not peeing, instead she was discharging some fluid. At first I thought she may be coming into heat but she wasn't "winking" I untied her and lounged her. Everytime I asked her to whoa or switch she backed up into me and showed her rear. She's been on pasture with my gelding and hasn't acted like this until now. I decided not to ride because of her bizarre behaivor and instead took the saddle off. I noticed she wasn't sweating on her chest or between her legs but only on her neck and flanks. I turned her back out to pasture and she started squatting and not getting anything but a very colorloss/foggy liquid out. She also was poofing herself up and hunching over. She did pass manure so I'm not too worried about colic. I just now came back in and consulted the horseowners of america . Got any explanation/advice?
UPDATE: I just went out and checked on her and her bags haven't swollen but her teats are hardened, and she has some strange little white spots on them.

foal, mare, teats, utter
