Yes, a complete Blood Count. It will help to know if it's an infectious issue.

The vet came out again and is going to run some tests, hopefully we will find out what is going on with this poor girl! :/

Great news, all blood tests came back without any issues. In fact the vet believes her tests are terrific considering her age!

He is thinking that it has to be something environmental so she has been kept in out of the sun and getting washed with medicated shampoo. Her swelling in her legs has come down from the other day which is a great sign. Not sure if she has an allergy to some grasses/weeds in the pasture or perhaps a insect...but she seems to be doing better which is what we want : )

I am relieved that all her tests came back well :)
