mini with a cold!!!

is there anything that you all would recommend for a cold? He only coughs 1-4 times a day. His nose only runs once a day and it is usually clear to white. He is 5months and weighs 75lbs. This has been going on for 3 days now. He has great gutt sound, is still well intrested in food and water. He is just not a playful as usual. Please help me to help my little man out. Thank you.

I would call a vet. Babies go downhill very fast. Is he weezing at all? If so it could be pnemonia. We had a baby that got extremely sick from this and was a miracle she pulled out!

Mercury - 2002 bay tb gelding
Cobalt - 2006 bay sw warmblood x QH gelding
Cricket- 1996 chestnut tb gelding

Bella Blues - 2007 Australian shepher/Blue heeler mix
Titan W. - 2008 Jack Russell Terrier

Are you sure it isn't just dusty hay? My mini starts having cold-like symptoms if I start lacking on her bedding and hay...

However, if it has been going on for three days, I would see a vet.

Hope your little one heals up!
