Thanks for reply Loosie
According to the vet Macho can live a good life. For what it costs me I'll take his advice He steps on his full feet not just toes. He gets stiff but when he walks he gets alot betterby the time we get back it is almost unnoticeable and I put polo wraps on the front feet not to tight, since circulation is key to navicular. We don't lunge anymore and stay on flat soft dirt.
His feet get checked and trimmed every 4 to 5 weeks .Every time my farrier comes out we reassess macho`s situation.
He is a very happy boy. I really walk him 4 /5 times a week.
The walks give Macho something to look forward .
The vet is Dr. Lynch out of Smith and Peterson into Ocala. He is one of the best lameness specialist in our area.

I love ocala. I am more down by the St. John's river into West By Gosh Cocoa.
For me it was 3 hr. Ride to the vet. But well worth it.

He is doing good. Weather here was beautiful today so I took Gus The Bus out. Macho goes nuts and runs all over :(.
I could keep him in the stall but that area is big enough to get hurt in too.
Farrier is stopping by to look at him.
I hate to say it but Gus is lame to in theback right leg. I'm thinking of getting him a chiropractor.
