On my horse face HELP!! please :)

This has been on my horse face for a few days. Its not dirt but its not a scape either. IT doesn't seem to bother her I can touch it and she doesn't care. Thanks for your help I just want to make sure its not something bad or see if there is something I should put on it to make it go away. Its only on one side of her face I have two pictures just because one is kind of blurry.
