My little stallion is now my little gelding:)

Just got the after-surgery call, my little crytorchid, Wikke, pulled through his surgery a-ok and is now munching on his first flake of hay since yesterday. The surgeon said he found the missing testicle in the inguinal canal, which is great: much safer for him and easier on my wallet! Best Christmas present I could ask for

Hehe, I could never give him up! Thanks for the well-wishes, I'm just really glad to get this surgery out of the way with no mishaps.

Fresh off the trailer and back home: all the techs at the hospital were smitten with him and the doctor said it was one of the easiest castrations he's done on a Friesian.

The photo didn't work out either. Glad to hear your boy went thru everything well. Was my biggest fear when I bought my guy. The worst is now over, well done :)

I bet Wikke's not thinking that! Poor guy! But at least he's healthy, even if he's "less of a man" now. Heh.
