    New here!

I wasn't sure where to post introductions, so I'll do it here. I live in Alabama, and have two Belgians, Tank and Sumo. I am a 94' graduate of Meredith Manor International Equestrian Center with a teaching certification. Currently, I am an equine vet assistant at Coosa Valley Equine, a big horse vet here in Alabama.

I also have a part time job on the weekends at a hunter jumper farm. I have three Australian Shepherds, a bluetick/walker hound mix, a husband and thirteen year old son.

Welcome. Sounds like you are busy. I love the drafts. Our Belgian had to be euthed, liver disease and we think it was hereditary as he always had swollen legs/lymph system problems. I currently have some draft crosses, Suzi a belgian x morgan/ appy and Moose a percheron x appy quarter type, and Mimi who is quarter x appy x draft mom was a quarter dad was appy x draft

Welcome Draft Lover! Sounds like you have a lot goin' on! My wife is a draft lover too! We currently have 2 QH's, 1 Morgan, and a OTTB. The Thoroughbred is my number 1 guy! Had a rather traumatic loss of our most favorite 26 yo Grulla "Big Joe" 1 year ago yesterday. I only say that because we still have 5 horses in our minds and hearts. But I look forward to your company here in the forums!
