Non pregnant mare with milk?

I have an 11 year old arab mare that I just noticed tonight is producing milk, its a milky clear color and streams pretty good if you milk her, which I am trying to avoid. A bit of history, I've had her since 4/09 and she has had no exposure to a stallion in that time. She has had 2-3 foals and is an EXCELLENT mother, she absolutly loves babies. We had a foal born in the barn this spring and Gypsy was nickering and watching, she wanted it to be hers. Just last week I put my 2 year old mini mare in with Gypsy as she is very gentle and they both are overweight and need the least grassy pasture. So now tonight she has milk...what is this about? Phantom prego? Producing milk for the mini she has mistaken for a foal? Silly mare
