Are long nose whiskers ( hair on end of muzzle as in 'mustache') normal or are they a sign of a health concern??

Hi! Welcome!!

Nose whiskers are normal.. I have a couple of horses that look like walruses -- minus the big tusks.

Old myth is that a mustache is the sign of a bronc. But no, no health concern.
