An odd bump/lump on his belly

Near Citrus' belly button, I saw an obvious lump or bump... it is about the size of my hand with fingers. It is not squishy, not warm/hot, and I hear active bowel sounds...... now I am clearly on a tendency to worry right now..... I am most likely going to call the vet again. My guess is it is a kick..... any ideas anyone else?? You can clearly see it on his underside when standing away and it was not there yesterday.

Green Broke
Probably a bug bite, it's still kinda early spring, he probably just had an alergic reaction because he wasn't bitten by bugs all winter. Kinda like horse people get MASSIVE moskito bites in spring, but after a while the bites are smaller.
Pictures would help.
And don't always be to quick to call the vet! It might be like the boy who cryed wolf. If it isn't life threatening at that moment I would talk to a knowladgable horse person, or post pics on here :)

Yeah I don't think I need to call the vet out just yet.... I am going to see how it is tomorrow. He does react when I touch it so I think it is most likely a bite or a kick.

Are you sure it's not his belly button?
