    Odd bumps?

Recently my hackney has gotten these odd bumps on her sides.
They aren't scabby or anything, they just seem as if they are raised under the skin. They don't seem to hurt her or anything but they don't look very comfortable either.
Any idea what they are? Should I be concerned?

    Looks like fly bite allergy.

That's what I was thinking. Is there something I could do to prevent it?
