Zimecterin Gold (ivermectin/praziquantel) and Quest Plus (moxidectin/praziquantel) are both types of dewormers used to get the tapeworms, it's the praziquatel in them that does it. Also, a double dose of Exodus (pyrantel pamoate) will get tapeworms.
All of the labels will tell you what the do and don't get, and even if you get it off the internet it should read what it covers. Make sure when you use Moxedectin (quest) that you weight tape and don't overdose; this is the wormer that is very harmful to say underweight horses and foals if you overdose. Praziquantel is the ingredient used to kill tapes so your dewormer needs to indicate it has it. ((I have noticed its sort of an 'extra' in many wormers to get the tapeworm coverage, and a vet told me its because they used to not consider tapes a threat in horses, and found praziquantel was really effective, and is then added to say ivermectin or moxedectin))
