Question Pentosan Question...

I left a message with my vet about this, but I'm wondering if anyone here would know.

Zee gets an IM shot of Pentosan every week. I am a big weenie and no matter how many times I've done it, I do something wrong. I hate needes. So, my trainer is going to start giving Zee his shots again. I'd like to set up the syringes for her in advance. Is there any reason that I can't fill up 10 syringes and put them in the fridge from the 50 ml bottle of Pentosan, rather than leaving it in the bottle and filling a syringe each time he gets his shot?

According to this article it does not need to be refridgerated. I would be hesitant to pre-fill syringes before immediate use as there is more of a chance of contamination as the syringe/needle is less of a sterile environment (once the seal is broken) than the vial. Yes, ask your vet to be sure.
