I know what they SAY. They also have access to commercial sprays that the general population does not. Who knows if it's safe for livestock.
I wouldn't let my horses touch it. Tough as goats are, I wouldn't even let them eat anywhere the county has sprayed.
It isn't uncommon in my area, to see "no spraying" signs but that doesnt always work either. On my road, we all pretty much take care of spraying our own roadsides; I have never seen the county spray our road but they will mow what we can't --- thank goodness.
