Question Pigeon Fever...

Soooooo one of the horses at the barn where I board Maddy has Pigeon Fever ... Maddy is in the other barn and only had a little contact with that horse about 3 weeks ago and it was for like 3-5 min.

Maddy has been in the turn out close to that horse but not for long so I hope nothing was spread.

I bathed her Saturday (not even knowing that the horse had PF yet) and put her fly sheet and fly mask on. We have been making sure she has fly spray on as well and I sent the hubby to the feed store to get vitamins to ramp up her system

Any other idea?

Thanks!
