DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS IS?

I saw this on my local craigslist.com and wondered how seriuos this could be.if you know what this is please email the poster!!!this was posted today.

It looks like he had multiple coronary abscesses. Kinda unusual pattern. Normally, you have one single horizontal slit.


My horses have done so well on dac that I became a rep. Stand behind 'em 110%.
